Testimony of Aviva Milgalter, widow of Dr. Eli Milgalter, Cardiac surgeon whistleblower at Hadassah Medical Center who alerted management on multiple patient safety hazards but was ignored. Unfortunately, several patients became victims of Hadassah’s negligence, such as Ofek Taub and others. Instead of showing its appreciation to Dr. Milgalter, Hadassah’s management initiated Sham Peer Review proceedings against him, interfered with his ability to practice medicine and his livelihood, causing severe emotional distress that worsened his medical condition, leading to his fatal heart attack in 2015.
