Thanks, thanks. I want to say the following  thing: the next meeting as far as I am concerned is just the opening salvo, and excuse the use of this metaphor.

I am announcing  a follows-up discussion which will take place in March. I am saying this in advance, the follow-up discussion – in order to make it still in this session – will take place on the 19^th of March at 10 a.m. I am requesting until then from the Ministry of Health – imploring really – to speed-up the processes, in order that the memorandum will be already approved by the Minister. Within what time frame you could pass it, two weeks?

Boaz Lev:

One moment, give me one moment please. In addition I am asking to receive from the Ministry of Health a well orgenized document – and I want it one week before the discussion in the Committee – which will explain what is the current debriefing procedure —

I am asking that it will not be pages upon pages. Just a clear explanation. Clear for the layman reader, who is not familiar with medicine, that we could pass it also to the other Committee members as well as to the involved families.

Am also asking to receive from the Ministry of Health reference to the option of transferring the supervising body to a different body, other than the Ministry of Health. Knesset Member German have said that when she was a Minister in the office and understands well the difficulty, that the path to crack this hard shell nut is to take away this topic from the responsibility of the Ministry of Health, or alternately that a judge will head such a committee.

The Complaints Committee is headed by a judge.
